该文报道了由镍纳米颗粒实现的双层MoS2 NRs的合成,镍纳米颗粒的直径控制着色带的宽度。利用AES对二维材料MoS2进行了元素Mapping分析,得出了在双层MoS2带状生长中尖端镍颗粒发挥了关键作用。
